A three way mirror dressing table in solid teak, hand-carved by master Indian artisans in cream with gold detailing, made entirely to your measurements and supplied with a matching round stool.

The hinged side panels are the reason to choose this design. Fixed side mirrors give one viewing angle; hinged wings let you set the angle yourself, and change it depending on whether you are seated close or standing back.

Storage combines cupboards and drawers. The two cupboards take tall items - styling tools, boxes, bags - that drawers handle badly, and the four frieze drawers hold cosmetics and jewellery at hand height.

The gold is used sparingly, on mouldings, rosettes and beading only, which keeps the cream body calm and lets the carved medallions carry the detail.

Every dimension is open, and the mirror can be built as three panels, one, or five. Photographs on this page show the actual piece our artisans produced, not a computer render.

The rosette in the middle of each cupboard door looks like the simplest carving on this vanity. It is the one our carvers respect most.

A rosette is radially symmetrical - petals turning around a centre, each identical to the next, all converging on a single point. Human eyes are extraordinarily good at spotting failures of radial symmetry. A leaf carved slightly deeper than its neighbour on a scrolling border passes unnoticed; the same error on a rosette makes the whole medallion look as if it is falling over, and nobody can say why.

There is no way to cheat it. The centre is marked, the divisions are stepped off around the circumference with dividers, and every petal is roughed to the same depth before any of them is finished - because finishing one petal completely first means the carver is then matching to a moving target rather than to the block.

The carving is worked in rounds, not petal by petal: all the outlines, then all the hollows, then all the surface modelling, turning the piece continuously so the light falls from a different side each pass. Any petal that is off announces itself immediately when the light changes.

Two doors means two rosettes, and they have to match each other as well as themselves.

Material: Solid teak throughout - pedestals, doors, drawer boxes, top, all three mirror frames, plinth and stool frame. No veneer over engineered board.

Construction: Hand-carved rosette medallions on panelled cupboard doors, gilded mouldings and beading, carved pilasters, shaped plinth with carved scroll feet, hinged three-panel mirror with carved crest.

Storage: Two full-height cupboards and four frieze drawers. Layout, internal shelving and drawer counts are configurable.

Mirror: Shaped centre panel with two hinged shaped wings, folding to any angle.

Finish: Soft cream with gold-picked mouldings and rosettes as photographed. Any tone and gilding level can be specified.

Stool: Round buttoned seat on carved legs, included. Fabric is your choice.

Dimensions: Custom sizes made to order - final measurements confirmed in writing before production.

Made: Handcrafted Indian luxury, produced to order by master Indian artisans.

Three mirror panels mean three sheets of glass, and they never travel joined. Each panel is separated at the hinge, faced, backed with a rigid board across its full frame and crated with the carved crest guarded individually. Hinge pins and fittings are bagged and labelled so reassembly is quick.

Both pedestals are wrapped in a soft non-abrasive layer laid directly onto the cream finish, then foamed with extra thickness over the carved rosettes, the gilt beading and the pilaster edges - the raised points a trolley or a doorframe would meet first. The scroll feet at the base get their own rigid guards.

Cupboard doors are secured shut with their hinges relieved of load, and every drawer is removed or locked so nothing can slide and strike a gilded moulding in transit.

The round stool is wrapped separately with its buttoned seat covered and its carved legs padded one by one. All components then go into rigid, internally braced outer cartons. Dent-free arrival is guaranteed, and our team assembles the vanity in your room.

Delivery is free anywhere in India, with no distance surcharge and no charges appearing at the end. Metros, tier-two cities and smaller towns are all served on the same terms.

Production begins once your dimensions, mirror configuration, storage layout, finish and stool fabric are confirmed in writing. We give you a clear timeline then and keep you updated as the vanity moves through carving, door fitting, painting, gilding and assembly.

We dispatch through carriers experienced with carved solid wood and mirrored furniture, and send tracking details as soon as the piece leaves us.

On arrival our team positions and levels the vanity, mounts the centre mirror, hangs both wings and checks they hold their angle, places the stool and removes all packaging. Dent-free arrival is guaranteed - if anything is not right, tell us and we will resolve it.

The solid teak frame and joinery carry a 20-year warranty - both pedestals, the cupboard doors and their hinges, all four drawer boxes, the top, the plinth, all three mirror frames and the stool.

The mirror hinges are the moving part of this piece and are covered within that. Each wing is hung so its weight is carried into the frame rather than into the hinge leaves alone, and the frames themselves are solid teak, which is why they hold their set angle instead of drifting closed over time.

The cupboard doors are covered on the same basis. Doors are judged by the gap around them, and jointed solid teak carcasses are what keep those openings square through decades of use.

The teak carries a lifetime warranty against termite damage for as long as you own the piece, from the oils in the timber rather than the paint over it.

If anything covered needs attention, send us your order details and photographs and our artisans will arrange the repair or replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about this product.

Both wings are hinged to the centre panel, so you swing them inward to whatever angle shows the sides of your head, and fold them flat against the centre when you want a single mirror. They hold the angle you set.

Yes. A single centre panel, three as shown, or five with an extra pair of narrow wings - our carvers build the frames to whatever configuration you choose, matching the shaping and crest across all of them.

Full-height cupboard space takes tall items - styling tools, boxes, bags - that a shallow drawer handles awkwardly, and the four frieze drawers above still give you drawer storage at hand height. If you would rather have drawers throughout, we build it that way.

Yes. They come as open full-height space as standard, and we can fit adjustable shelves, pull-out trays or a lined compartment. Tell us what you plan to keep in them before production.

Cream with gold detailing as shown, plus ivory, white, grey, pastel tones, natural teak, walnut or a custom colour you send us. The gold can be increased, reduced, changed to silver or left off entirely.

Any size that suits your room. Width, depth, height, mirror panel sizes and knee recess are all set by you and confirmed in writing before we cut timber. Send us your wall dimensions and our team will propose balanced proportions.

Yes, the round buttoned stool on carved legs comes with the vanity. You choose its fabric and its height, and we can build a second one or supply a chair instead if you prefer.

A 20-year warranty on the solid teak frame and joinery, including the cupboard doors, their hinges and all three mirror frames, and a lifetime warranty against termite damage on the teak. Send your order details and photographs if anything needs attention.
