A solid wood dressing table in natural teak, hand-built by master Indian artisans and made entirely to your measurements, with a hinged trifold mirror, seven drawers and a matching stool.

The natural finish is the reason to choose it. Teak's own colour is a warm honey that deepens gently over the years, and leaving it visible means the piece will look different at five years than it does on the day it arrives - in a way a painted piece never will.

Seven drawers give real everyday capacity, split between three in each pedestal and a wide shallow centre drawer.

The trifold mirror folds flat when you want the wall quiet and opens for a full side view when you need it.

If you would prefer a tone, the same piece can be finished in honey, walnut, espresso or a colour you send us. Photographs on this page show the actual set our artisans built, not a computer render.

A clear finish is the hardest one to work under, because it removes every place a maker could hide.

Paint forgives. It covers a board that came from a duller part of the log, it fills a hairline at a joint, it makes two components cut from different stock look identical. Take the colour away and all of that is on show at arm's length, in daylight, forever.

So a natural piece has to be decided at the timber stack rather than at the finishing bench. For a vanity like this one, our craftsmen set out the boards for all seven drawer fronts together and arrange them before cutting - looking at how the figure runs, matching the fronts within each pedestal so the grain steps down the stack in a related rhythm, and keeping the centre drawer's figure calm because it sits at eye level between the two.

The top is chosen last and separately. It is the widest single surface on the piece and the one you look down at every day, so it wants a board with even, quiet figure rather than a dramatic one that would fight the drawers below it.

None of this shows as a feature. It shows as a piece that simply looks right, and it is the difference between solid wood furniture and furniture that happens to be made of wood.

Material: Solid teak throughout - pedestals, all seven drawer boxes, top, plinth, mirror frames, finials and stool frame. No veneer over engineered board.

Construction: Grain-selected and matched drawer fronts with stepped bead detail, jointed solid teak drawer boxes, moulded plinth on turned bun feet, hinged trifold mirror with carved shell crest and turned finials.

Storage: Three drawers in each pedestal plus one wide centre drawer. Counts, depths and internal fittings are configurable.

Mirror: Arched centre panel with two hinged shaped wings, folding to any angle or flat.

Finish: Clear sealed natural teak as photographed. Honey, walnut, espresso, painted tones or a custom colour can be specified instead.

Stool: Upholstered seat on turned tapered legs, included. Fabric is your choice.

Dimensions: Custom sizes made to order - final measurements confirmed in writing before production.

Made: Handcrafted Indian luxury, produced to order by master Indian artisans.

All three mirror panels are separated at the hinges and crated individually, each glass faced and each frame backed with a rigid board. The turned finials are removed where possible and bagged with the hinge pins and fittings, all labelled so reassembly is quick.

The vanity is wrapped in a soft non-abrasive layer laid straight onto the sealed surface. A clear-finished piece shows a scuff as a bright mark rather than hiding it in colour, so the wrap is chosen for that and applied without tension.

Shaped foam goes over it, with extra thickness along the top edges and around the plinth moulding. The turned bun feet sit lowest and take the first contact from a trolley, so each is given its own rigid guard.

All seven drawers are removed or secured shut so nothing can run out and strike a front. The stool travels in its own box with the seat covered and each turned leg padded separately.

Everything then goes into rigid, internally braced outer cartons. Dent-free arrival is guaranteed, and our team assembles the set in your room.

Delivery is free anywhere in India, with no distance surcharge and nothing added at the end. Metros, tier-two cities and smaller towns are served on the same terms.

Production begins once your dimensions, drawer layout, mirror configuration, finish and stool fabric are confirmed in writing. Grain selection is done before any cutting starts, so we give you an honest timeline at that point and keep you updated as the set moves through timber selection, joinery, assembly and finishing.

We dispatch through carriers experienced with solid wood and mirrored furniture, and send tracking details as soon as the set leaves us.

On arrival our team positions and levels the vanity, mounts the centre mirror, hangs both wings and checks they hold their angle, fits the finials, places the stool and removes every piece of packaging. Dent-free arrival is guaranteed - if anything is not right, tell us and we will resolve it.

The solid teak frame and joinery carry a 20-year warranty - both pedestals, all seven drawer boxes, the top, the plinth and bun feet, all three mirror frames with their hinges, and the stool.

On a natural-finish piece the joinery is visible for its whole life, which is a useful discipline. Every joint here is cut to be looked at: drawer boxes jointed solid teak with solid sides and backs, plinth mouldings mitred at the corners, mirror wings hung so their weight is carried into the frames rather than into the hinge leaves alone.

The teak carries a lifetime warranty against termite damage for as long as you own the set, from the oils naturally in the timber. On a clear-finished piece that protection is the only protection there is, which is exactly why teak is the right choice for it.

If anything covered needs attention, send us your order details and photographs and the artisans who built it will arrange the repair or replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about this product.

Yes, gently. Teak arrives a warm honey and deepens with light and age into a richer amber over the years. It is one of the pleasures of a clear finish, and it is why a natural teak piece does not stay fixed at the shade it was delivered in.

Yes. The same piece can be finished in honey, walnut, espresso, near-black or a painted colour you send us, in matt, satin or gloss. We confirm the finish with you before production starts.

Seven - three in each pedestal and a wide shallow drawer across the centre. Counts, depths and internal fittings can all be changed, and we can fit jewellery trays, dividers or a lockable drawer.

Yes. Both side panels are hinged to the arched centre, so you can swing them in for a side view or fold them flat against the centre for a single mirror. They hold whatever angle you set.

Yes - pedestals, drawer boxes and sides, top, plinth, mirror frames, finials and stool frame. There is no veneer over engineered board anywhere, which is exactly why we can finish it clear.

The drawer fronts are set out and arranged from the same stock before cutting, so the figure runs in a related rhythm down each pedestal, and the top is chosen separately for even, quiet grain. It is decided at the timber stack rather than at the finishing bench.

Any size that suits your room. Width, depth, height, knee recess and mirror dimensions are all set by you and confirmed in writing before we cut timber. Send us your wall measurements and our team will propose balanced proportions.

A 20-year warranty on the solid teak frame and joinery, including all seven drawer boxes, the mitred plinth and the mirror hinges, and a lifetime warranty against termite damage on the teak. Send your order details and photographs if anything needs attention.
